I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right across the road from Lake Windermere and close to Ambleside town centre. The room was cozy and had a very comfortable bed, though I wish it had a larger hand basin. The service was exceptional, with staff always greeting me with a smile and providing efficient service. The dining experience was excellent, especially the fantastic sausages served. Overall, a great value for money choice in the Lake District!
